The CPS swimming team put on their strongest performance yet last night,  winning their final gala of the term.  With 155 v Highfield ‘s 145 points, this was their 2nd win out of three galas so far this season.

Thank you to all the children who are not squad members but stepped in to help fill last-minute gaps in the teams.  This made a significant difference to our successful outcome.

A special mention to the U13s who were the power house behind the win, with their captains showing great leadership.  Thank you also to the U12 boys who swam up to help strengthen the senior element of this gala.  Well done to Isla, Liam,  Jamie T, James M and Ted S.  Once again, the fantastic team effort gave the U13 and U12 relay teams the advantage.

We saw individual U11 wins from Siena R and Tadgh M, as well as some close but exciting U11 relay wins. The U10 and U9 relay teams were also showing their speed in many of their winning events.

Well done to everyone who took part.
