The annual House Singing Competition is always a highlight in the school calendar. It’s a fun and enjoyable way to end the Lent Term and this year did not disappoint. With a theme of Take That songs, the audition heard four versions of ‘Never Forget’ as well as ‘Shine’ (Clubs), ‘Relight My Fire’ (Diamonds), ‘Greatest Day’ (Hearts) and Rule the World (Spades).
Our adjudicators Fiona Lennon and Cameron Manson-Lane had the unenviable task of choosing the winners and runners up in both categories. Whilst they deliberated, the CPS Chamber Choir entertained the audience with a performance of ‘Sing, Sing, Sing’ by Louis Prima, and they sang with finesse and style.
