The Da Vinci Club enjoyed a wonderful day at the Pallant House Gallery in Chichester.  They kicked-off with a two hour workshop on Pop Art, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

They then spent time in the current Pop Art exhibition; drawn from the Gallery’s significant collection of British Pop Art, this exhibition explores how artists in Britain in the 1950s and 1960s responded to rapid social change, as Pop Art emerged as a means of addressing the rise of mass media and the cult of celebrity.

The children were able to enjoy works by a generation of artists led by Eduardo Paolozzi, Richard Hamilton, Peter Blake and Patrick Caulfield.
