The Lower School pupils & staff were treated to a visit from the Hobgoblin Theatre company. Their lively performance of ‘A Christmas Carol’ with storytellers Tilly (a Victorian workhouse girl), Jake (a modern-day, television-loving boy) and Charles Dickens himself, really brought the story to life. Quick changes of costume & plenty of audience participation (Bah HUMBUG!) ensured that there was never a dull moment. Perhaps the Lower School pupils might give you a rendition of Fuzziwig’s Two-step if you’re really lucky – although that might just be held in reserve for the staff party!

Mrs Unwin will certainly be booking Hobgoblin to come & entertain us again next year!
