Form 3 once again welcomed Jo Marshall, from Kokah Chocolatiers, for her eagerly awaited annual visit as part of the ‘Chocolate’ unit in Humanities.
She taught the pupils how to assess the quality of their chocolate by rubbing the chocolate between fingers to release the aroma, place it on their tongues to release the subtle flavours (harder than it sounds!) and finally eat it!
A fun and delicious morning was had by all!
