Before half-term we went to High Ashurst.  Firstly we did some orienteering, using a map to find numbers.  Next we did the high ropes, it was fun and really petrifying.  The chapeze jump was very high because you had to jump up and catch the chapeze bar.

The second activity was the cat walk.  The main aim was to climb up a ladder, then walk on the pole.  There were three ways to get down, which involved falling backwards off the pole.

We then had to build a puzzle – it was very tricky!  We also went in to a very dark wine cellar.  Afterwards we had to climb a log, then run down it and hit the pole with our feet.

It was a great day out and we were very lucky with the weather too.
