CPS definitely had a touch of pool envy after spending a wonderful afternoon in a state of the art swim/sports complex at Windlesham House yesterday.

The gala format started with the Individual Medley (100m) event where all club swimmers stood out of the crowd, showing off their endurance and technique.

The CPS U13 teams felt the pressure in their individual races.  However, they held on despite the fierce competition.  The U12 teams secured many more 1st and 2nd places in both the individual and relay events, with a more even spread of wins to both schools throughout the U11 & U10 events.

CPS A Team – 1st – 119 points

WH A Team – 2nd – 106 points

CPS B Team – 3rd – 74 points

WH B Team – 4th-  49 points

Overall – CPS won the gala, with 193 v 155 points.

Lisa Waller, team coach, says “A special mention to Jamie T as it is good to have our boys’ captain back swimming again. Well done to Shivan B, Ella S, Henry L, Jacob M, Tadhg M, Lucy W, Manon G-J and Jake L-D who all took 1st places in their individual events”.
