A massive congratulations to all 25 pupils who have achieved scholarships and awards to Cranleigh School.

Seven pupils won Eric Abbott Scholarship Awards: Charlotte B (hockey), Lauren C (netball), Grace H (hockey), Marcus M (hockey), Eva M (netball), Sasha P (hockey) and Milo R (cricket).

We are also celebrating the success of five Eric Abbott Exhibition Awards: William F (skiing), Tallulah H (cricket), Sam M (rugby), Max P (cricket & rugby) and Megan T (netball).

The Creative Arts were equally strong.  Juliette H gained an Art Scholarship, whilst Molly P and Effie S received Art Exhibitions.

Nicola O and Sophie P-T successfully acted their way to gaining Drama Exhibitions.

Three pupils were awarded Music Exhibitions: Finnbar N, Emily R and Edward T. Sterling S’s pure voice won him a singing bursary.

We are also delighted with the 11+ news.  Madeline B has been awarded an Academic Award for her outstanding performance in recent 11+ assessments.

Also, at 11+, Jocelyn H, Leah S and Alexander W have been recognised for their promising musical talents and have been given Music Awards.

Hannah Pakenham-Walsh, Deputy Head Academic, said that ‘We are thrilled with all the achievements of our pupils, for those who gain an award, but also for those who narrowly miss out. Each pupil throws their heart and soul into the scholarship journey and we are proud of them all’.
