On Monday 11th December, all of the boarders enjoyed an amazing Christmas dinner.  The dining room looked spectacular with ruby red cloths over the tables, plus crackers and chocolates.

Dinner itself was delicious: roast turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing to die for and a selection of vegetables.   It was divine – better than the family Christmas lunch I had last year!

Then the magic arrived – Santa appeared in his scarlet suit with a big bag full of awesome presents for us all.

We also heard the gaps’ speeches which were lovely.  We then finished off the evening singing Christmas songs and dancing to disco music which was a real highlight.

‘The Christmas dinner was fantastic.  I got to sit with people I didn’t know and it was fun to learn interesting facts about them.” Saffy S

‘I strongly recommend being a boarder and taking part in these fun activities’ Tessa P

‘This was a great night I will not forget’ Ted B

‘Overall it was a delightful night and the highlight of boarding so far’ Milly N

‘I recommend Christmas dinner to any pupil as everyone had so much fun!’ Poppy S
