Form 6 shared their final performances yesterday, in a moving Leavers’ Celebration. Firstly there was the Leavers’ Service including wise, thought-provoking words of advice from Mr Green and the Headmaster.
The Form 6 members of Chapel Choir sang the anthem ‘Exultate Jubilate’ by Brian Lewis really beautifully and the congregational singing was as cheerful and lusty as always.
The Leavers’ Concert then showcased a wonderful array of musical and dramatic talent; with several soloists gaining a standing ovation from the delighted audience.
A surprise item came from Mr Howard, who sang his favourite song ‘The Highwayman’ by Jimmy Webb to rapturous applause from his students. An afternoon to remember!
