CPS musicians were on fine form at the Summer Concert this week. With a full range of choirs, bands and orchestras performing, this concert celebrated our ensemble work and was an excellent platform for people to share their love of music making with each other.
The programme included music to suit all tastes; from Bach and Handel to Grieg, and from the Beatles to Ed Sheeran, with lots of other composers featured alongside.
Despite being the hottest day of the year so far, the audience was full of praise and enthusiastic applause.
Especially well received today were the lively Lower School Choir, the unbelievably loud Percussion Group and the excellent Form 6 Band. A wonderfully uplifting experience for everyone!
