We were delighted to hear that Francesca, Form 6, has been selected to play for the Sussex U13 squad for the 2017 season. Her cricket is clearly going from strength to strength, having already been nominated Sussex U11’s most improved player in 2015, after very impressive stats ranked her as the highest run scorer, highest wicket taker and fielder.
Francesca’s Sussex U13 winter training starts this Saturday, 6th November at The Sir Rod Aldridge Cricket Centre. Her training will be spread out over a number of Saturdays and Sundays from now until the end of March. Then, in the summer, training will take place during an evening as Francesca will be representing Sussex in matches against other counties at weekends once summer arrives.
