IAPS have confirmed the list of qualifiers who are through to the finals on 7th June at the prestigious venue at London Aquatic Centre. 4000 competitors entered the competition nationally this year all vying for a spot to compete for the top 10 small school events and top 20 individual and relay events.
Many congratulations to all the team who represented CPS at the preliminary regional rounds last term and to those who have now successfully secured a place in the finals. The team should be very proud of their efforts as many have out ranked a number of well-known swimming national schools.
Many of the CPS team where placed in the top half of the rankings with over 180 entries competing each event for only the first 20 places in the finals – a tough gig!
