On Tuesday 6th March the Cranleigh Prep School 1st team Netball squad competed in the Regional round of the IAPS competition. 9 girls took the courts and worked hard to win their pool. They scored an impressive 56 goals conceding only 6 in the four games of the group stages. In the playoffs they had convincing wins against Kings Rochester (10-3) and Durlston Court (13-1) meeting Godstowe for a second time in the final and winning 10-1.
The girls showed some impressive individual skills as well as some excellent team work and through court play. Most importantly they showed great sportsmanship. Good luck to the girls as they go on to play in the National Finals at Millfield on the 19th March.
