Swimmers in Form 1 and 2 had their first bespoke gala this week, competing against swimmers from Hurstpierpoint. Children from both schools were professional and organised, showing some excellent technical skills and a great deal of effort. It was wonderful to see their competitive spirit emerging and their willingness to push on to touch first and try to win their races.

After a closely fought battle in the last race between Lane 2 and Lane 3, the Hurst team touched first, meaning that Lane 3 was winning lane of the evening.

When the lane results were combined together, our Cranleigh team was the overall winner. It was an excellent event, well supported by enthusiastic parents and siblings.
