On Monday 10th October, the U11A girls’ hockey team travelled to Charterhouse to take part in the IAPS Regional Qualifier.
The day started with 5 group games, in which the girls’ won 4 and lost 1. This meant that they came top of their group and they went on to play Handcross Park in the quarter final of the cup competition, which they won 4-0.
They then played Wimbledon High Junior School in the semi-final, and a 3-0 victory meant that they progressed to the final.
The team played brilliantly throughout the day and finished with a 1-0 win against Downsend in the final to become Regional Champions and qualify for a place at the IAPS National Finals in November.
Congratulations to all the girls, a fantastic achievement!
