During the Lower School assembly last week they had a visit from Debbie who works for Cherry Trees, which is the Lower Schools chosen charity for this year.

We presented Debbie with a cheque for more than £300, which was raised through the Lower School cake sale earlier this term.

Debbie spoke to our pupils about the 112 children and families that are supported by Cherry Trees. She was very grateful for our support this year and said that our donations will help to fund respite care and Summer activities for the children such as trips to the beach and cinema.

Cherry Trees is a charity based in East Clandon, providing exceptional home-from-home, specialist short-break respite visits for children and young adults aged 0-19 with a range of complex disabilities including learning, physical and sensory impairments.
