Last Thursday was Cranleigh Prep’s first golf match versus the Senior School’s Under 14 team. Our top eight players played against their best eight players and the boys played extremely well, winning the match convincingly. The next day, it was awesome to see Indie Miller (Form 4) play for the Senior School in their match against Guildford High and was an integral part of the team, winning her match, in a drawn fixture.

Today, we played against the Senior School’s Under 15 team and our top six players beat theirs in three match’s and halved the other three. The quality of play from all twelve players was extraordinary and a testament to the aptitude and commitment of all boys. Whilst the match was taking place, seven more boys from the Prep school were practising their putting during Upper School golf club – shows the depth of talent we have!

Next Thursday, we welcome KCS, Danes Hill, Westbourne house and Cranmore for a golf tournament and hope that we can continue our fantastic run of form.
