On Monday afternoon we were delighted to welcome back the Hobgoblin Theatre Company to entertain The Lower School pupils with their performance of ‘The Snow Queen’.
This has become something of a tradition and we were not disappointed. The three actors worked incredibly hard to portray, Kai, Gerda, Kai’s Granny, the Wicked Witch, Elsa the Snow Queen, Barry and the Robber boy, not to mention Rudolph and Dr Love, aka. Father Christmas!
A lively dialogue and numerous jokes (and hash tags) kept the children laughing and interacting. A high point for staff and pupils alike was reciting our very own ‘Love Song’!
We thoroughly enjoyed the performance and have already booked them to return next December with their 2019 Season’s production of ‘The Wind in the Willows.
