On Tuesday the Chapel was looking stunning, adorned with candles and Christmas decorations, ready for a fabulous performance of ‘The Snowman’ as part of the Lower School Concert Series.  There was a wonderfully festive mood as Lower School children were joined by parents, siblings and prospective families for this very special occasion.

With warm colours painted through exquisite playing by the musicians, narration by former Head of Drama, David Hitchen, and the solo sung beautifully by Hannah Scriven, Form 6, the audience was totally spellbound throughout.

It was so inspiring to see many of our visiting instrumental teachers demonstrating their skills and showcasing their professional talents.

Earlier in the day the musicians visited Cranleigh Primary School and Park Mead School to share the story with our local community – reaching out and inspiring over 700 children. What a spectacular Christmas journey for our humble snowman!
