Swimmers retain girls’ trophy for the 4th consecutive year

We took a sprinkling of pupils from our B/C swim squad to the Cranleigh Amateur Swim Gala on Sunday.  There were also many new, keen non- squad swimmers, plus some last minute substitutes as part of the CPS Team. 

It was an excellent event and CPS retained the Girls’ Trophy for the 4th year running, and we only missed out on winning the overall schools’ shield by just one point!

A great time was had by all and the scores are below:

Girls’ Individual Trophy

1st – 38 points – Cranleigh Prep School

2nd – 34 points – Park Mead

3rd – 31 points – St CM

4th –  29 points Wonesh & SG 

5th – 28 points Cranleigh Primary 

Boys’ Individual Trophy

1st – joint with 43 points – St Cuthbert Mayne & Park Mead 

3rd – 41 points – Cranleigh Prep School

4th – 24 points – Wonersh & Shamley Green Primary School

5th – 8 points – Cranleigh Primary School

Overall Shield

1st – 80 points – Park Mead

2nd – 81 points – Cranleigh Prep School

3rd – 74 points – St Cuthbert Mayne

4th – Wonersh &Shamley Green Primary School

5th – Cranleigh Primary School
