CPS pupils filled over 120 shoe boxes with a wide range of gifts and Christmas treats, from winter woollies, games and stationary to torches, toiletries, wrapped sweets and soft toys.  These colourfully wrapped boxes will be donated to Romanian orphans.

This morning children gathered excitedly in the School Reception at break time to hand over their beautiful boxes and help pack them in the back of the van transporting the Christmas goodies to the Cranleigh Rotary Club which will be sending them on to Romania.

These boxes will undoubtedly enhance the quality of Christmas for deprived children in Romanian orphanages and it was wonderful to see so many of our pupils excited to be involved in such a thoughtful charity initiative in the run up to Christmas.
