Pupils at Cranleigh Prep School enjoyed a Book Breakfast in the Library on Saturday.

They were first introduced to the theme for that week through a short film set in Germany 1943 and present day which generated a discussion about concepts such as courage, loyalty, and kindness.

Following that, and after enjoying a delicious breakfast, Mrs Fenton introduced the pupils to a wide range of books set during wartime highlighting that in extraordinary circumstances, people are capable of extraordinary things.
