Annabel A and Maddie G, currently in Form 6, shone after being nominated for the Surrey Academy. Having attended weekly workshops throughout September, the girls were selected to attend the final trials on Sunday 9th October.
We are delighted to announce that Annabel and Maddie were both successful and have been awarded places at the U14 Surrey Satellite Academy, playing a year up. This is a fantastic achievement as Satellite Academies are the first stage of the Long Term Development Programme developed by England Netball.
Annabel and Maddie will now receive top quality coaching, sports science and individualised fitness programmes, taking part in training sessions running from now until March.
