Who is Jesus?  The Messiah.  The Son of man.  Jesus demonstrates his glory.  The request of James and John. 

Week 3:         The Parables

What is a parable?  The Good Samaritan: Luke 10 vv25-37  A modern day Samaritan.  Prejudice.. 

Week 4          The Lost Son: Luke 15 vv 11-32T

he concept of forgiveness.The Parable of the Sower- Jesus issuing stern warning 

Week 5 & 6:  The Sermon on the Plain:  Luke 6 vv20-49

The Beautitudes.
